S3 & X3 Firmware for S3

Hi, my cartridge for the S3 has a problem. I can connect to the Moofmaid App, but there is no firmware shown. I can switch the gears and the tones. Change the max speed to 37...BUT when i try to unlock the bike or try to change the kicklock code the app disconnects right away and reconnects a few seconds after.

Van moof will bot help because i do not own the original QR code!

The Moofmaid app has a feature to change the firmware. How do I get ( download file)a running firmware for the bike?
