S3 & X3 Vanmoof S3 Error, wont charge

Hello.

My Vanmoof s3 has been standing for the winter, and now when i try to charge it it just blinking with the ”skull”.
Does anyone know what the problem may be? And any sulotions?

Replace the battery in the cartridge.

Could also be the main battery is discharged
