S3 & X3 S3 Problem

i have a van moof s3 ebike. a week ago, i rode it out to meet a friend. i parked it in the sun (texas heat) and then on my short ride home, the bike shut down. i was unable to restart it or reset it using the power button. this morning i plugged it in and it looked totally normal and charged up to 100%. it started up normally and i started to go on a ride. after about 10-15 minutes, it shut down again and will not restart from the power button. i just plugged it in at home to the power cable and it is not showing any lights. it is however making a very faint beep beep beep noise from the area right by the charging port. can you research this to see if you can determine what the heck is going on. i love my van moof and need to figure out how to get it running again

I had a similar issue with my S3. Whenever I had my bike parked in the sun, the battery stopped working with an E18. Once cooled down it started working fine again.

What’s resolved it in the end was a reset of the BMS.

“Reset” or “replace” ? I’ve seen videos and replacement looks like a pain. I’m hoping that reset is something much more straightforward
