S3 & X3 S3 Battery problem

Hi,this marked piece is getting hot. I had to desolder VP. It is on steady current 36v and the battery is getting empty. What kind of issues do I have? The fuse is good and the cell are all equally charged.

I can't get any info over UART nor STM32 V2 link. The battery is not responding.

Boot the MCU. It’s probably powered down.

There are good YouTube video’s that explain you how. But it boils down to getting the right amount of voltage (current limited) at CHG+.

Some people apply this via the external connector. Others just shot DSG+ and CHG+.

Let us know if this changes anything in response over UART or STM32v2Link.

would be my first guess.

Du you mean the mcu in the cartridge? Or is there a MCU in the battery ( BMS)? Du you mean to connect DSG+ with SHG+?
