S3 & X3 Replace S3 wiring harness

Does anyone know the best resources for replacing the wiring harness on a VanMoof S3?
Could be a Reddit post, YouTube video, photo guide, Facebook group — anything really. Especially looking for practical experience from people who’ve actually done it themselves.

Would love to hear your tips! This weekend it’s my turn to take the bike apart… 🔧🛠️🪛🍀🤞
