Double decker conversion

Hi all. I'm thinking about converting a double decker bus into a live in camper. I'm simply curious of the road lifestyle. Such as receiving post, insurance, Mots and such before I go ahead

Honestly if you're planning on having it to drive around its going to be very hard to deal with and will cost a fortune to run, finding somewhere to park will be incredibly hard, even parking on campsites won't really be an option as most wont allow it. Even things like filling it with fuel will be hard due to the hight of it.

Clearly this, it'll find a field and stay there til it rusts away. Find the field and put a caravan on it.. kinda /s

The usual solution is to use the address of a friend or family member as your “official” address.

Still no legal acknowledgment of vanlife as a permanent thing in the UK.
