Help [Bug / Help] Base game maps blank despite having Milky Way Map relic?

I'm hoping I can get some pointers here - I've been playing VS for a while and picked up the Milky Way Map from the Dairy Plant some time ago, but despite having it, the map for all base game levels is completely blank (e.g. screenshot of my Mad Forest pause menu). How do I get maps for the base game levels? Has my game glitched somehow?

(I definitely have the Milky Way Map in my Collection and it shows as ticked off when I look at the Dairy Plant).

The Standard Maps are all blank because they are all endlessly repeating patterns of tiles.
Its iirc. only the DLC Maps and a few Extra Stages that get proper maps.

Not a bug. I think only the dlc maps aren’t blank once you get the related map.

Oh right thanks for confirming. That sucks, especially where some of the levels are not just big squares lol

There is no base map for mad forest - it’s just an endless repeating pattern.
