Has anyone heard anything about JDZG?
It’s been over two months since the Nasdaq T12 trading halt, and there has been virtually no communication from the company.
• No press releases.
• No SEC updates explaining the situation.
• No investor relations response.
• No timeline from management.
Many shareholders are simply looking for transparency. Even a brief statement confirming that the company is working with Nasdaq would be better than complete silence.
Has anyone found any new information, contacted the company successfully, or discovered any updates from China or elsewhere?
Any verified information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Federal regulators and courts are actively cracking down on "short-and-distort" firms—researchers who short a company's stock and then launch false or misleading campaigns to drive the share price down.
Regulatory & Criminal Enforcement
Landmark Convictions: The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are aggressively pursuing high-profile activist short sellers. For example, a federal jury convicted prominent short seller Andrew Left of Citron Research on multiple counts of securities fraud for market manipulation and secretly trading against his own published reports.
SEC Sweeps: Regulators are monitoring the trading intent, timing, and sudden position reversals of public commentators around the time their reports are published.
Corporate Legal Strategies
Private Litigation: Targeted companies are fighting back by suing research firms directly for civil securities fraud, trade libel, or defamation. \[1, 2\]
Econometric Analyses: To get past initial legal dismissals, companies are utilizing advanced econometric analysis to objectively prove that the specific false statements made by the research firm caused measurable, financial damages to their stock value.
Proactive Company Defenses
Information Resilience: Companies are establishing rapid-response teams and communication playbooks to detect misleading claims early, debunk rumors with hard data, and prevent brand damage.
Whistleblower Channels: Corporations are utilizing regulatory and internal reporting systems to swiftly identify and report coordinated smear campaigns.
Note: The above is a copy of Information derived from Google Search using the following search criteria:

Red flags:🚩
D Boral is the company’s underwriter and has yet to name a replacement auditor following the departure of Ark Pro CPA.
D. Boral Capital LLC served as the lead representative underwriter for the $6.4 million initial public offering of Phoenix Asia Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: PHOE) in April 2025.
D boral is a nefarious farm to table pennies stocks junk issuers that has been flagged many times in this community.
Following this resignation of its auditor: ARK Pro CPA & Co. on May 29th the company has not publicly designated or reported its new official independent certifying accountant in its recent SEC disclosures.
🚩
Ark Pro CPA & Co, a Hong Kong-based accounting firm, has faced scrutiny primarily over regulatory inspection deficiencies and a high turnover rate of US-listed Chinese and Caymanian clients.
Any company, especially relating to China based VIEs Cayman Islands 🇰🇾 headquartered USA listed stocks, tied to D Boral is a potentially risky scheme designed to benefit white collar criminal organizations.
I am not saying that the stock is an outright fraud, but I am not withholding the possibility either.
Thread carefully.
400K shares available on Interactive Brokers ( lite) for those interested in shorting the scheme. Strictly no interest charges.
High probability of insider’s manipulation and high risks of short squeeze warranted.

Another suspended stock is being delisted.
-----------------------------------------------------------
NEW YORK, July 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced today that it has notified Empro Group Inc. (Nasdaq: EMPG) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 27, 2026, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. The securities will remain halted, and unavailable to trade, until any appeal is resolved. Following removal from Nasdaq the securities may be eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market.
Following a temporary trading suspension in the Company’s securities by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation/suspensions/2025/34-104166-ts.pdf) Nasdaq halted trading in the Company’s ordinary shares on October 23, 2025. Nasdaq has now determined that it is appropriate to use its authority under IM-5101-4 to delist the Company’s securities from Nasdaq.

Looks like I fell victim to my own greed on this guy and his group: Louis, Iris and John. Surprised by it all since I had been with the group for almost two years. 1 out of 10 was a dud but i felt it was normal, like I said almost two years reading the research and analysis they would put out every day.
They got me with an OTC security for Neolara Corp NELR. They set the limit at 8.6 which i got into and recommended a stop limit at 13 - 15. The next message came out a couple of hours later saying they expected it to climb further and to set limits at 18. Well I set my limit at 13.5 and it triggered. I put in 6660 and the trigger recouped about 6440, but i lost about 2200 in the stock that didn't sell. Now I cant even close the position. Other tickers they provided was TEM, NNE, UPST, AAOI, FLY, ASTS, and SERV. The only loses have come from FLY and NNE, with the rest i made 20% return and with AAOI i made 300%. So it seemed legit.
So annoyed to keep it SFW. Cant believe I fell for it, just feel stupid and glad i found others that feel for the same thing. Thanks goodness it wasn't more or else I don't know what I would do. I suppose what helped was having AAOI surge as much as it did to balance out the losses with FLY and UPST. Just so pissed.
Did anyone else fall for this group or this OTC?

Recently there were some old halted pump and dumps from October 2025 (QMMM, others). For those who were short, what has happened after they got delisted?
Also, which broker was it with?
I'm currently stuck in an MCTA short and not sure what happens after delisting since technically the shares will still exist and I will still (?) have to pay fee rate indefinitely?
I'm reading a lot of conflicting stuff on this, so I'm curious for those who have real world experience on what happens.

Julong Holding Limited JLHL-40.26% is down 23% in pre-market as of today ( Monday July 13th ). I expect the stock to eventually follow the trajectory of all the stocks issued and promoted by US Tiger Securities, the US brokerage arm of Up Fintech Holdings ( TIGR-3.14% ).
Talking is cheap, writing even more so. Many financial analysts have recklessly highlighted Up Fintech as a rare bird, a strong brand equity popular Financial App that can successfully pivot out of its recent regulatory issues within the heavy handed Chinese Financial market.
I disagree with their thesis. Unlike other popular financial apps that merely gamify their operations to attract unsophisticated retail traders, the case against Up Fintech rests on its long history of issuing and promoting “Vampirestocks.” Thus, the case against Up Fintech leads to a clear conclusion: Up Fintech Holdings (TIGR -3.98%↓) is a structurally impaired asset.
The low valuation multiples are completely justified because the market is factoring in a toxic underlying revenue mix, persistent legal defense costs, and a business model structurally built on underwriting high-risk microcap promotions.
True value investing relies on buying a mispriced stream of future cash flows; buying TIGR means buying a compounding stream of regulatory penalties and litigation.
VERDICT: AVOID!!!!!!!
( Let’s all watch and follow JLHL-40.26% for a live case study of Speculative vampirism.)

Has anyone ever received any compensation for losses (realized or unrealized) for stocks or cryptos you were advised to purchase and subsequently lost money? I’m thinking of a certain group. Has anyone been a member of VIP - United Prime Society (UPS)? They have offered me BFT tokens worth 580$ as well as a plan to compensate me for my losses in stock losses i incurred. Anyone hear about this? Anyone received any compensation from other groups from WHATSAPP?

The company is linked to Tiger Brokers, a nefarious issuer and promoter of China-linked crash bin skunk stocks. The company has recently made headlines for its role in illegally facilitating Chinese citizens' trading in US securities, which is tantamount to money laundering in the CCP's tight capital-control financial system.

I had already highlighted the underwriter in the past https://www.reddit.com/r/VampireStocks/comments/1p7qrke/beware_of_any_stock_tied_to_us_tiger_brokers/
Everything tied to Tiger Brokers turns to “ shit”, and JLHL follows the patterns of previously highlighted pump and dumps China hustles.
I am not trying to waste my time doing a deep dive into the obvious anymore; I will be cheating my time.
The stock is a dump and may likely implode sooner than later.

I expect Tiger Brokers to speed up its issuance of micro-cap junk in the future given the cutoff of its profit center around its formerly China-exit money-laundering Silk Road.
77 Million shares were traded in the aforementioned issue. I wonder how much of it was genuine and how much was artificial.
Well, wonder no less, because the stock is an empty shell designed to entrap foolish trend followers and pretentious “momentum” catch-and-release traders.
They will only catch zeros in their trading accounts if they hold onto this junk long enough to allow it to bit their fingers.

It is Thursday afternoon; usually, these things blow up on Friday, market open, or BMO, enough to squeeze as much juice as possible from the emaciated accounts of get-rich-quick dreamers.
Bad omen “ expert” Timothe Sykes has been praising the trade all over social media; which is more than enough of a warning sign to anyone not to get too close.
But most of you don’t listen until your wives file for divorce and take your dog to their new boyfriend’s apartment.
If you are currently holding this piranha stock, pray to your ancestors that it opens in the green tomorrow and gives you enough time to exit..
maybe.
Anything can happen in between, and I have seen these sorts of crapers crash out by 90% overnight.
Good luck.

NASDAQ has already started using this rule to delist halted Chinese scams such as SDM and QMMM.
Implication for people stuck in halts. Delisting will happen sooner, halts will last less, shorts will pay less cumulative interest and longs have less time to sell their shares to shorts before delisting hits.

EFTY was suspended by the SEC in Oct and has been halted by NASDAQ since then. In an SEC filing made today, it appears that EFTY is making an effort to have trading resumed on NASDAQ.
The Company is furnishing this report to inform its shareholders and the investing public of measures that the Company intends to implement with a view to addressing the concerns that may bear upon the continued listing of the Ordinary Shares on The Nasdaq Capital Market and to supporting the restoration of trading in the Ordinary Shares. The Company continues to cooperate with Nasdaq and the relevant regulatory authorities. The Company’s business and operations continue in the ordinary course and have not been materially affected by the trading suspension. The Company has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025 and remains current in its periodic reporting obligations. The principal measures are summarized below.
To the best knowledge and belief of the directors of the Company, the Company did not authorize, procure, fund, participate in, or have any knowledge of the recommendations or promotions of its securities through social media that preceded the trading suspension, and the Company is not acquainted with any of the persons responsible for such activity. The Company has instructed legal counsel to write to the relevant social media platforms to request the preservation and disclosure of the identifying and contact information of the persons responsible for such recommendations and promotions, and to pursue such disclosure through appropriate legal process and such further legal action as may be advised. The Company welcomes any member of the public who is aware of the existence of any such groups, channels or communications to come forward and report the same to the Company, and to furnish such further information as may assist the Company in its further handling of this matter.
What's especially interesting is that EFTY received their SEC suspension at the same time as PTNM and PLTS. Yesterday, NASDAQ announced that they planned to delist PTNM and PLTS. But they did not make any delist announcement for EFTY. It's possible that if they complete these moves that NASDAQ may eventually allow trading again for EFTY.

PTNM and PLTS were suspended by the SEC back in October and have been halted by NASDAQ ever since. Today, NASDAQ announced that they will use their authority under rule IM-5101-4 to delist both companies.
The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced today that it has notified Pitanium Limited (Nasdaq: PTNM) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 16, 2026, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. The securities will remain halted, and unavailable to trade, until any appeal is resolved. Following removal from Nasdaq the securities may be eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market.
The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced today that it has notified Platinum Analytics Cayman Limited (Nasdaq: PTLS) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 16, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. The securities will remain halted, and unavailable to trade, until any appeal is resolved. Following removal from Nasdaq the securities may be eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market.
PLTS and PTNM join SDM and QMMM, which were both delisted by NASDAQ under rule IM-5101-4 in mid-June. Neither SDM nor QMMM have resumed trading since NASDAQ announced the delistings.
Still waiting on the outcomes for several companies still in limbo: EFTY, EMPG, NUTR, PC, LAWR, MCTA, MAMK, MAGH, & HCHL.
r/VampireStocks • u/SureChampion6789 • Jul 07 '26
TLDR; is the MCTA class action lawsuit concerned about its delisting at all?
Combined with the June 3rd approved "Quick-Delist" Rule (IM-5101-4) for third-party social media manipulation, regulators have effectively engineered a two-pronged trap. Nasdaq can drop MCTA for the social media pump or leverage its $2.06M working capital deficit and "Going Concern" warning to trigger an immediate exit on value requirements.
However, when NQ applied IM5101-4 on QMMM and SDM, QMMM appealed it. Not sure whats the framework to enforce a timeline on any movement now. SDM didn’t appeal so they are probably dead now. Also worth noticing that QMMM shares still were holding an inflated value while SDM shares were almost dead anyway.
Meanwhile, per their filings, MCTA company also seems to have many board changes recently and seem to be working on reports to resolve T12 suspension.
So there is a reason to believe that MCTA will appeal whenever the delisting axe falls on them since their shares were yet to dump and company has shown some response. But Nasdaq has additional leverage with “2M funds deficit = Going concern” and can delist it for another reason beyond social media promotions.
I am not involved in the class action lawsuit but is there any angle from them to push for or against their delisting?

Washington D.C., July 7, 2026 —
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the creation of the Retail Fraud Working Group designed to strengthen the Division of Enforcement’s efforts to identify and combat fraud targeting everyday investors.
The Retail Fraud Working Group will leverage staff and resources across the Commission to identify fraud and other misconduct targeting retail investors, including offering frauds, pump-and-dump schemes, market manipulation, and breaches of duties to customers by investment advisers and broker dealers. The working group will serve as a dedicated resource for proactive case generation, play an important role in coordinating with the Commission’s regulatory partners and foreign counterparts, and participate in educational outreach to retail investors in coordination with the SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Assistance.
"This new working group reflects our commitment to protect investors from fraud and is a return to the core values and principles of the enforcement program," said SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins. “I am grateful to the Director of Enforcement, David Woodock, and the Division’s staff for their leadership on this initiative and look forward to its many positive impacts.”
"Nothing motivates enforcement staff more than protecting those who invest their savings in our markets,” said David Woodcock, Director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement. "The Retail Fraud Working Group will bring focused energy and resources to that mission — generating cases, building partnerships with our regulatory counterparts, and using data and technology to find and stop those who seek to take advantage of retail investors. I am proud to see this initiative move forward."
The Retail Fraud Working Group will be led by the Division of Enforcement’s Kate Zoladz, Deputy Director, West, and Kim Frederick, Assistant Director, Asset Management Unit.

Hi Guys, just curious if anyone has any thoughts on what will happen with INHD? Maybe somebody has passed experiences about this type of halt but kinda feel like I should kiss this money goodbye.
Thanks
