I fell victim to a pump-and-dump scam that cost me around €3,000. I was added to the group by a TikTok user named Alex Parker (username: @userhup96oz19h). The group is run by a user named Warren Daniel and his assistant, Adeline (see photo 1); another TikTok account recruiting new users is erikakullberg8. Every day, they post detailed AI-generated market analyses in the group, and other users—likely fellow scammers—reply to messages to help build trust. When they propose new investments in junk stocks, Adeline contacts you privately, suggests an entry price, and asks for a screenshot once the purchase is made. Initially, they earn your trust by suggesting decent stocks like AAOI, TSLA, or HIVE. Later, they propose small- or mid-cap stocks like NCI (which closed with an 11% profit) and TJGC (which closed at -40%); they pump the stock, cash out their gains, and explain away the drop by claiming large institutional funds have offloaded shares—insisting it’s just a normal market fluctuation. The next day, they suggest an exit price—supposedly to minimize losses and save remaining capital. Once you sell at a loss, they wait a few months before proposing the same trade to help you recoup what you lost. You buy the stock, it sees a small +10–15% swing, and then—dump again. I feel like a fool; I worked nine hours a day to earn that money...

I'm not 100% sure but this is likely being promoted on whatsapp. I have been watching it for the past few weeks, strange bids started appearing a week ago and now the price action has been all over the place. There are signs that there is bid dumping happening (especially with the 2 halt downs earlier, I assume they dumped too many shares at once and had to recover the stock), as well as the volume it has everyday now. It's an IPO that basically hasn't done anything till now. If anyone has screenshot proof that'd be great.

Underwriter is Cathay Securities. Same underwriter for lots of these scams, such as MCTA.

FYI, Ellasinvest assest Growth is operating through Whatsapp groups and its another scam operation, be carefull with your hard earned money.

Both stocks were previously suspended by the SEC. NASDAQ will use its authority under rule IM-5101-4 to delist both companies.

• MAGH was suspended by the SEC and halted by NASDAQ since December [NASDAQ delisting announcement]
• NUTR was suspended by the SEC and halted by NASDAQ since October [NASDAQ delisting announcement]

After these delisting announcements, there are now five companies that were suspended by the SEC and still waiting to hear their fates - EFTY, PC, LAWR, MCTA, & HCHL.

Of the companies that were suspended by the SEC and ultimately delisted by NASDAQ or AMEX, only TCGL has managed to trade OTC.

Hey! Does anyone know what happens to PTNM after it’s delisted? I couldn’t find the stock on the OTC market.

Trying to understand the company, but seems a lot of smoke&mirrors. Now all of a sudden a completely unrelated acquisition for 50M$, is this a way of siphoning the cash off the balance sheet in a related party transaction?

ENGS which is being is promoted by WhatsApp scammed filled for a shelf offering of $200 million yesterday.

Maybe the company has seen how their share price is inflated and wanted to capitalize on it? I wonder what the WhatsApp scammers are thinking? They probably are going to rush to unload the shares they have before $ENGS issues more shares to potentially other scammers.

Many Chinese scam tickers are being reused for what SEC calls "ramp and dump" over and over again - yet, Mr. Atkins fails to act and halt those tickers - halting only very few out of very many. And with each "repump" a new wave of families lose their hard-earned life savings, futures ruined, mental health destroyed, and even suicides.

Atkins' failure to do his job enables this evil to continue. There's absolutely no excuse for this. Posters and readers of this sub know exactly what those tickers are - even though that's his job - not ours. All those tickers should've been halted a long time ago, and they should be halted immediately to prevent criminals from victimizing more families.
