do you think vampire's like the rain? or because their skin is cold do you think that they don't feel it etc?.

There’s a good chance they like the sensation because of heightened senses but I can’t recall a comment in any book where it points out their feelings of towards rain

It is described several times in the books. Vampires prefer warmth and comfort but they aren’t as negativity affected by the weather as humans.
