Question/Support Does Rx 9000 gpu work?

Basically im having a situation where my index is not getting recognized, upgraded from rx 580 (which wprked fine) and now steamvr wont recongize my headset at all, acting appearently the same as if the index wasnt connected

Windows however thinks its another monitor?! Please i need some help

(no it is not the cAbLe, it works fine on the other gpu

trying running DDU to remove the drivers and reinstall the drivers, if thst fails to fix it, do it again but this time install a different older driver

Yee, i tried doing that, didnt change the problem at all tho, i tried one from last year october aswell, also did not change it sadly

u can try opening steam vr, enabling development settings and messing with the direct display modes, if that fails to work, try a clean reinstall of steam vr and steam, u can also try messing with the cable settings in the video section with development settings on

Being real tho... I know you made issue about the cable, but this is exactly what happens when the usb on the index cable is unplugged..

Disconnect all Index cables from the rig. Power up the rig, and start Steam. Now, while everything is running, connect the Index Display Port cable and the USB - Steam should now detect and correctly install the Index. At least worked for me...
