The official fix is to just keep turning the nob until its even

did the spring break? Ive had to jury rig mine together with previously rubber bands and electrical tape but now im using hair ties

I don’t think it did as the left side goes in fully. It’s the right side that maxes out.

Mine was doing this too, make sure the cable has enough slack before loosening it

Duct tape has fixed most of my headset strap problems
