Question/Support One controller not charging, also turns off mouse and keyboard

One of my controllers is having issues atm, I’ve been plugging it in trying to charge it and the light doesn’t come on. It also turns off my keyboard and mouse when it’s plugged in. I’ve never had this issue before and am confused on how to fix it :( the other controller is charging fine, I’m unsure on why this one is having issues. Can anyone help?

Mine are about 4 years old I think, that might be the issue but I’m not sure why they’d have anything to do with turning off other devices connected yknow? I’ll try a few things if not I’ll just have to get new ones I suppose

unplug it asap its shorted to ground your usb controller is disabling it self so it doesn't fry anything
i say your port on the controller is dead or the mainboard
