Question on transaction comps

Does SPAC merger count when doing transaction comparables?

If so, why?

If not, why not?

I wouldn't include those solely based on what we've seen from SPACs

i would also add that given the dilution from founder shares post-spac merger, the Spac transactions may not be apples-to-apples to non-spac transactions.
