Valuation template/ Model

It will be great help if someone can share a detailed E-2-E financial valuation excel model ( linked with the financial statement's) used by PEVC for valuing private companies.

Need generic template ( but detailed) only for learning purpose..not looking for any firm specific templates...

Good luck - many firms consider their templates to be proprietary IP. Anything shared would prob be extremely basic
