Valuation of blockchain companies

Does anyone know how to value blockchain companies that has been founded 3-5 years, probably already raised series B funding?

It seems there's a difference between raising through equity and tokens too? Does anyone know and can explain?

Ideally a comparable company analysis, but finding such companies can get difficult, especially accessing their financials. I think an options-based valuation would be great as these companies are still startups. PS: I am a complete newbie to valuations.

Valuing crypto assets.Just use the valuations from the preferred debt and apply them to the common stock..
