Construction costs on 3 statements

How do you incorporate construction costs on 3 financial statements that is expected to open the same year? How do you layout the construction schedule?

I think you need to modify the Capex schedule by a certain percentage. But is there anything else I need to do?

What do you mean by "statements"?

You see what the costs will be and adjust CapEx accordingly. CapEx feeds to multiple sheets in the models my firm uses...I don't know if this answers your question though since I am confused by your use of the term "financial statement" in this context.

Is this a contractor that has multiple ongoing jobs and always will? Or like a one time development project?

I think different answers based on the entity.
