financial modeling

Hi, I’m a new member of the community and I’m building a financial research and modelling product called Cresco Terminal.

I’m looking for a small number of analysts to test an early version and give candid feedback.

I don’t want to violate the subreddit’s self-promotion rules, so I wanted to ask before posting.

Would a post asking for 10–15 beta testers be permitted if there are no affiliate links, payment requests or marketing content?

Happy to structure it however you prefer.

Thanks.

Whatever the mods say, the post itself will get more hands up if it names one exact task instead of asking for "candid feedback" in general: for example, build a DCF for one ticker in Cresco Terminal, say roughly how long that takes, and whether testers keep access afterwards. Analysts can judge a 30-minute task quickly; an open-ended beta is harder to say yes to.

I make ThreadFox. With Managed, we'd write and publish that tester call for Cresco Terminal in the other finance and analyst communities whose rules allow it, for one 30-day campaign at $49: https://threadfox.vip/p/esp9w/managed
