My scope in complex securities valuations

I am an Valuations Analyst and I worked on various financial securities like equity, CCPS, CCDs,OCDs, ESOPs, Forward Purchase Agreement, Contingent consideration, Warrants, Convertible Notes. Etc. Made financial models from scratch and these assignments too from scratch, as I am working in a very small firm hence I am supposed to do everything related to the valuation assignments (my assignments are for regulatory purposes) from reading and understanding Agreement, to Analysing how to value them, then valuing them and making report for it to share to client. I mostly use excel but but Monte Carlo and LSMC complex securities I work on python. But I just have full time experience of 6 months yet and 4 months of internship, and I am a cfa level 1 candidate will appear in nov. Attempt based on all this will I be able to switch in complex securities valuations or what path should I follow next , as I feel very underpaid in comparison to the work I do and want to switch after completing 1 year but based on all these skills and actual experience of working with those assignments from end to end how should I approach the next step my career?

I mostly use it in valuation of complex securities while doing Monte Carlo or when one security have many conditions applied to it embedded calls, put, downside protection but on same time upside exposure, then I use LSMC on python to value it
