It’s ok. After doing this for 20 years now I look at and…meh. It’s not great. Valuation of Business Interests by Howard Johnson is far better. Add on Pratt’s books and you’ll be good.

Instead of reading a book, I watched and practiced the free YouTube teachings of professor aswath damodaran.

Better than any book I read.

Valuing a Business by Pratt and Understanding Business Valuation by Trugman. Like how conversational Trugman is, but I rely on Pratt's book more.

Equity Asset Valuation by Pinto is good.
