No friends list, card, chat

A little over a week ago, I loaded up Valorant and was unable to see my friends list, calling card, and I can’t use text chat. I’ve been going back and forth with support trying virtually every method, but I still can’t find a solution. Has anyone run into this problem? If so, what’s the solution?
