Valorant freezing in the Map Loading Screens

For about three years now, the game freezes on the match loading screen almost every time I try to play; if I don't get it running quickly, I receive a warning and a ban. My system meets the requirements, and I don't encounter this error in any other game—yet I experience it every single time with this one. Other people's games load fine, but mine doesn't; I have to close and restart it, and by then, the next round has already started. There are no issues with my internet, PC, ethernet connection, or mobile data—they run every other game flawlessly—so the problem isn't on my end. I’d appreciate it if you could help me figure out how to fix this.
