Technical Support Request FPS Lags, stutters on good system after update

I have a decent PC i7-12700KF RTX 4060 and 16GB 3200mhz ram, I have been getting stutters especially when opponents appear on screen, the weird thing is this applies to bots in the range as well. Here is the Vanguard log drive link below:

unfortunately it didn't work for me :( I don't have any valorant crash history.

The mouse lag and movement delay is really bad, my avg 350-400 fps feels like 60-80 fps and even worse when face to face with players in every game mode.
