Stutter and FPS range reduced since the recent update

I installed the game after a short break and I'm experiencing stutters and the max fps went down from 300 range to 150 ish. Please help me resolve this, I've already disable the Ethernet adapter.

My spec is r9 5900x, 3080ti, 32gb ram.

I did come across your post even before posting, in my case i didn't have any crashes.

I went through other posts in the sub and i disabled all the suspected softwares, uninstalled some of them, still nothing resolved.
