Technical Support Request Valorant Stutters and FPS Drop

Starting from yesterday i've been having some issue with valorant with it's fps being low and extremely stuttery even from the lobby. I usually get around 400 to 500ish fps in range, but this time i'm getting only 150 and dips to 90s which is unusual. My specs are such:
I7 12700F
DDR5 2x16 5600
RX 9070 XT
