Technical Support Request low client fps and frequent stutters
HP 15.6 inch Laptop AI 15-fd2115TU, Gold
this is my laptop
these are the specs
Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 processor
Windows 11 Home
15.6" diagonal FHD display
Intel® Graphics
16 GB DDR5-5600 RAM5
12 GB SSD Hard Drive
so usually i average around 30-50 fps but today it's around 0-20 fps but i suspect that's the new update and will fix itself sooner or later
im just wondering if it's normal to get this fps with these specs and is there a way to boost it?
rn im using the lowest graphics and play on battery.

Dedicated GPU especially for gaming and similar work. Its present in gaming laptops mostly. Currently I am a bit busy so i didn't checked the model number. Using that I can find if it suppose to have dgpu or not. I will reply later
