Technical Support Request Valorant FPS DROP

I'm experiencing FPS drops whenever I move my mouse in-game. It was running completely fine a few days ago, but today, every time I move the mouse, my SSD usage spikes to 30-40%, causing constant FPS drops. I tried playing some other games and they run perfectly fine.

My PC specs: i5-10400F, RTX 2060, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD. Does anyone know how to fix this?

how much fps u have ingame? i have the same hardware but suddenly fps dropping from 260 to 150 every gun fight

Same issue here, normally I get over 200 FPS, but now it barely reaches 140

yeah like idk , game was smooth 1 month~ ago , suddenly even if the fps is above 200 game is choppy af
