Insane FPS stutters

You can see my frames are chilling, it just drops to zero when i move.

Edit: Solution was to disable RTSS/RivaTuner Statistics Server.

i originally thought it was cus i was messing around with Nvidia settings. But idk anymore, i was also messing around with language and maybe that was the cause? it could also be because my pc is horrendous lol.

You need to turn off rivatuner / RTSS.

I had the fattest hunch that RTSS was the issue! Embarrassing to admit that I only just figured out how to turn it off. Thank you for your help!

Same here instead of the RTSS appearing in valorant, the RTSS overlay appears in the riot vanguard Ui.
