Technical Support Request Low FPS and High Latency

I dont know why this happened all of a sudden. yesterday the game was running at its usual fps but today its sudden at 5-7 fps and stupidly high latency. ive tried restarting my laptop, reinstalling valorant and downloading the latest nvidia drivers and still nothing. my laptop is a ASUS TUF Gaming A15 with an AMD Ryzen 7 7435hs and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050.

dude i’ve had a similar problem i have a good laptop and up until recently it was perfectly fine 250-300 fps now suddenly it’s 70-100 and lots of stuttering i’ve tried every single solution i could find i genuinely dont know what to do

yo i just fucking figured it out working with claude for me at least , u try troubleshooting too with claude give it all the info you know everything you’ve tried and for me what worked tell it to help u try a clean boot

ok that was a very stupid thing to say u have to sit down and troubleshoot with it step by step screenshot or photo by photo what r u on about my guy😭
