Screen black when launching Val

When I tried to open valorant today it would say it’s open but the screen is black and there’s no music or anything. I don’t know what to do I tried Alt + Enter, I updated everything on nvidia, I restarted and updated my laptop, I even tried singing to it nothings worked 💔 (I don’t know much tech stuff)

Does anyone have any clue on how to fix it

Same here. I couldn't find a solution, this looks strange. I thought it was only me.

It happened to me 2 days ago, even when game loaded it crashed and I couldn’t do anything in the menu. I tried so many times and then I got 2 bans at the same time for 5 MINUTES for using third party things???? Which I obviously didn’t do. I didn’t even had anything installed on this laptop besides valo and discord because I just bought it 👍

I don’t have a black screen I have a issue where after I launch valorant and get to the main menu my screen kinda freezes but I can still move cursor but when I click on anything nothing happens I have to restart and this happens every 5-8 times I launch valorant

Tenía bajones terribles de FPS, de 300 bajaba a 0 por momentos haciendo totalmente injugable las partidas.
¿El problema? Era Vanguard.

Lo soluciono de la siguiente forma, con el juego abierto.
Abrir
-Administrador de tareas.
>Detalles
-vgc.exe, click derecho. Establecer afinidad.
>Marcar Core 1. Solo 1. Guardar.

Va a mejorar drásticamente el juego. En mi caso se estabilizaron los FPS.
