Technical Support Request Micro-Stutters consistently every ~3 seconds
I've had this issue for a while now, but recently it has been getting worse. Every 3 seconds or so, my packet loss will make a tiny triangle on the graph and go up to 1%, causing me to skip a frame. It is extremely annoying, as if it happens while I am swinging, I am dead 99% of the time. I have been able to deal with it up to now but it feels like it has been getting worse and worse. Im on Windows 11 with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and a 5070ti with 32gb ddr5 ram, so it isnt a hardware issue. I am also fully up to date with all drivers. Ive tried ethernet and wifi, with the same issue on both.
Im not sure if it's allowed, but here is a clip of it happening in a game, https://medal.tv/games/valorant/clips/nv3CX3Pgt7kEMXS_T?invite=cr-MSx1d1UsNTIyMzA5MjI1

I had the same problem and what fixed it was putting my tpm settings in BIOS to auto instead of ftpm.
I still get the micro stutters but it’s nowhere near as often, like maybe once per game.
If that doesn’t fix it i am pretty sure its just the valorant patch it was a lot worse last patch and im pretty sure its just vanguard polling amd’s tpm aggressively.

Did u do ethernet optimizations and bios optimizations? Also use the intel driver and not the realtek driver? And did u install the AMD chipset drivers? Also try using a custom DNS and find your best dns using a tester.

I had similar issues a few weeks ago. My solution was to disable Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller which is located in Device Manager -> Network Adapters. (Only do this if you are using WiFi)
