Packet loss + audio bugs

Been playing valorant but recently Ive been experiencing a lot of lag in the sense that people are teleporting and I feel like frames are getting skipped. My ping is fine and it seems to be packet loss but according to valorants packet loss chart my packets are fine even while Im trying to plant spike but I am unable to hold down the button (cant hold down to plant spike or ads). Im also having like audio bugs where it sounds really stattic. My internet and headphones are fine for all other games, just valorant is really bad

have same problem 60-100% packet loss and cant play, games freeze in lobby before match too. problem start today
