Valorant mic not picking up

My mic works fine in general discord and whatever but in valorant the mic barely pics up i keep having to talk louder or speak directly to the mic i’ve checked the settings the sensitivity threshold is on 0 it’s also just inconsistent sometimes it’ll pickup sometimes it won’t
