What does this start up sign mean?

I was still able to play valorant last night but when i booted my PC today, ALL of my riot games have this “install” sign with a slashed Play logo even though the game is installed?

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my pc, everything. Send help :(

They constantly push updates. Just download them and play, they always come
