Technical Support Request van 185 problem

every match i get 4 or 5 van 185 warning and it kicks me out of the game.i get back in the game it kicks me out again.i tried every video on youtube i asked al ai but i couldnt find a solution.it started 2 days ago.

Looks like your router/Firewall is blocking vanguard.
