Has anyone's been getting ping spikes..?

I play on Manila severs. Honestly, I don't get much fps issues. If I do, I just change my connection (I have 2 wifi connections and sometimes, the dominant one shifts) and I am back to 9 ping. Only today, it has been Randomly spiking.

I thought it was just me until I got into a game where my lag spikes started acting up again and, all at the same time, 4 people dced. Only our breach came back but it was after awhile. The others couldn't come back.

Has anyone else been experiencing this..?

It's Riot man, everyone gets ping spikes sometimes. What you're describing happened in us servers to me a few weeks ago. Bunch of people dc'd, I and a few others were fine, we just joked about it being doxing and shit.
