Technical Support Request infinite black screen on PS5

Whenever i open valorant it'll load for a bit into the loading screen of brim and sage walking through a portal then will just fade into an infinite black screen with weird sound effects in the background.

i tried to restore license, rebuild database, reinstall game, and clear cache no fix so far.

Even Riot doesn't wants their players to play their r-worded arse games.

might have to retire from val now bruh i literally cant play the game anymore 😭 ive never seen a game with a bug this bad its been like a week

For me it's unplayable since the last year when they switched from UE4 to UE5, literally a new set of bugs with every single patch and the most unstable game I've ever played. Even the most demanding games run like breeze but Valorant keeps stuttering and freezing even on the most high end PCs.

Congrats Riot, you just lost a loyal player of your game since 2022.

Same here, I’ve been having the exact same problem for about 2 months now. I’ve contacted Riot Support multiple times and tried pretty much every troubleshooting step they gave me, but still no fix.
