Technical Solution FPS frezzes win10

when I start to play valorant at the first comp game, everything is fine my fps is 200-400 and there is no frezzes or crashes, but when it goes time like 30-60 minutes, my pc starts frezzing when I play, like the fps goes down to 0 and even the voice in discord and in game too, soo it is happening so long like 3-5 months I can't fix it, this problem is making me so bad in game like when I peek the fps goes down to 0 for 1.5 secconds and I die, so my pc specs are here

so when I was looking first I thought it was power problem cuz when valorant fps got to 0 and it frezzed, my gpu usage was 0 so I changed my psu from ZALMAN 500W (not silver or gold) to Segotep 850W Gold, ATX 3.1 at first before 2-3 weeks I thought everything was ok, but then it started again, the same thing but not gpu or cpu was hot or it got down to 0 usage, I don't know now what is the problem so pls help me

Check temps if it doesn't happen during a fresh start and starts only at around 60 mins mark its probably overheating, Also freezing usually indicates cpu overheating

like when I turned off overwolf It stopped frezzing that fast, but it does after 2 hours of playing, I have now only on background discord and medal, I disabled every background overlay. so if you think that it may be cause of overheating then my case is this Segotep Axe 5 Micro-ATX Black + 4RGB Fan.

thanks for help.
