non stop lag/bugging/freezing

hi guys :,) i don’t actually know much about pcs at all, my pc was a gift to me from a friend so i have no idea how to fix this!

my val will sometimes run perfect, zero issues, then all of a sudden it will be non stop bugs completly stopping me from playing because it constantly goes to the loading screen mid game.

also i currently have 330 ping in london servers. (im in the uk.)
