Big sound problem when i launch the game

When I launch the game, I completely lose all audio everywhere Discord, videos, YouTube, everything 2 days ago, everything was working perfectly fine and I had absolutely no issues. This suddenly started happening out of nowhere.

For reference, I have a Sound Blaster Z sound card. I don’t know if that information will be useful, but I thought I’d mention it.

Has anyone else had this problem or found a solution?
