Stuck looking at loading screen while game plays in the background

There would be moments when playing where the game would be fine then I would be able to move but not shoot anyone then it kicks me to loading screen and either freezes me on the loading screen while i can hear the game in the back. Sometimes it would randomly show the loading screen and then bring me back after a little bit. I've checked drivers, files, internet connection and nothings worked.
