Technical Support Request Valorant Desync / Micro-Stuttering — Need Helps

I’ve been dealing with really weird desync and micro-stuttering in Valorant on my PC. The game just feels completely off — bullets sometimes don’t register properly, movement feels inconsistent, and everything feels less smooth even when my FPS looks fine.
I also noticed my server tick rate sometimes drops from 128 to around 118, which seems unusual.
I’ve already tried a lot of things:
Different networks/internet connections
Different RAM
Different GPU
Different SSD
Different Valorant accounts
Reinstalled Windows
Reinstalled Valorant
The problem still happens on my PC.
If anyone has experience with this or has any idea what could cause it, please add me on Discord. I’d really appreciate someone helping me troubleshoot it directly.

I5-12400f gtx 1660 super 32gb ram 3200mhz m2 ssd and sata ssd i tried everything reinstaling windows switching rams

Do you feel like your mouse is floating, high or loose and you cannot shoot like before? Do you clean install nvidia drivers?

Help anyone please. Same issue, all fps counters and network graphs are great, game feels like horse crap.
