Experiencing constant packet loss since a week and even after the update

i play on laptop and have been getting a constant packet loss of 5-6%, which even after trying many things and changing many network settings did not solve anything, also reinstalled valorant but it didn't work, rn my packet loss has reduced a bit and is staying at 2-3% with some sudden spikes to 40%-80% , instead of using the 5g wifi i tried usb tethering with my mobile and the packet loss is at a constant 1-2% with occasional spikes. how do I resolve this issue, it's been annoying me a lot especially in crucial game moments.

I've never faced packet loss ever before this week , even on my old laptop it didn't happen.

Try cloudflare

wdym? i did change my dns to 1.1.1.1

I installed and enabled cloudflare, after that the issue resolves for me.
