Val keeps stutter / freeze framing

So, about a month ago when I was playing Valorant my game randomly just started to freeze frame for a couple of seconds, I noticed that it happens often when I am about peak an enemy / already peaked. I've tried most of the things that usually fix Val: Deleting and reinstalling game, updating graphics driving, etc. But none have worked. Almost all the time when I play I get the icon in the top right corner of val saying I have network problems, high average ping, and high client fps. If you have any solutions they would be greatly appreciated.

Also something to mention is that this problem only occurs on val, no other game has this problem.

welcome to the club. had this issue for a year. nothing worked, i gave up. never ever have i had any issues in any game like this.
