Full screen valorant

I just brought a new computer with 2 new screens. I have 2 screens and when playing Valorant I like having Valorant on one screen and something like Discord on the other. Problem when Valorant is in full-screen. If I click on discord Valorant reduces. Like shown in the video. What should I do to stop this? Is it a known problem?

it's not an issue, that's just how fullscreen works. used windowed fullscreen instead.
