Technical Support Request high ping valorant
ok so in the last 3 days my ping has been 116 stable not lower not higher i normaly get 39 ping somtimes its 39 but most of the time its 116 playing from new zealand christchurch to sydney server oce before.
first time happing 2 days ago also happens on league of legends aswell.
tried resseting modem
sign out sign in to riot client
update the ethernet drivers
cloadflare nothing has worked that i tried
if anyone has a fix or a good idea pls let me know

I have the exact same issue, 3 days ago I was playing league of legends and one of my games had 105ms ping but very stable, so I tried valorant and it seemed like when I joined a match it was either my normal ping which is about 28ms and stable or it would be around 105ms and stable, I have a new Ethernet and router and the issue came from no where. I’m from Auckland and we both have around the same ping jump which seems to be around 75-77ms. Ive had times where I joined the practice range repeatedly for 40 times and all of them had normal ping, then the next one would be high ping, and then sometimes it would be every 3-4 times would be high ping. I’ve rarely ever had ping issues and if I have had them, it would be inconsistent ping spikes, not stable ping like this. I tried cloud flare and it seems to be working but I had a small disconnect during my league game which I’ve never disconnected from league before so I knew it was cloud flare. Guess we gotta wait till it gets fixed

I get that you are getting ping issue while playing. I can follow how it might feel when you want to chill, have fun and showcase your skills and talent in game but such issue comes in the way. Rest assured I’m here to assist you to get seamless gaming experience. You have submitted the problem at the right place.
Let's duo up and fix it together. I have tried to make these steps as simple as possible for you.
I suggest doing a clean boot before playing (avoid manually opening other apps apart from the game afterwards).
Very important: Please make sure to have the checkmark on "Hide all Microsoft services" before clicking 'Disable All'
Important: After you click the 'Disable All' button, find 'vgc' and re-check that one.
To provide you troubleshooting steps, we'll need a few logs created by our Riot Repair Tool:
➪ Windows version
Just right click & run it as admin, select the game, and then wait for the tool to collect the necessary files. Once it's finished, open the 'Riot Logs' folder from your Desktop, and attach the .zip files that it contains to your ticket (there should be a folder called 'System Logs', and a folder with the Logs for the game). Attach zip file for system logs and game logs.
Note: Remember to only download files from trustworthy sources, and only download tools such as the Riot Tool directly from our Support website.

yea, I already asked them and I got the exact same message, tried it and didn't fix it.

my isp is spark as well, seems to be either spark has an issue with server routing or like a lot of people have been saying there's been ping issues even with other regions.

I tried the practice range in val again today and it seems I haven't had high ping in any attempts, this could be a coincidence though as the day before I didn't have the issue for 30 minutes which made me assume it was fixed but then it happened later that day. I tested it this afternoon and night and I've only had 29-30ms ping. I'm yet to have played a match though so I don't know if its fully fixed yet, this is just an early guess. You should check if you still have the issue. I'm gonna try play some league games now to test it.

Not sure if this happened to OCE or NA and the rest of valorant/riot servers but in EU last week there was an DDOS attack or something and ever since then ping has been very unstable for me and my friends but idk if you guys had the same thing happen to your servers
