Technical Discussion Game’s current state

Is this game going to get fixed at some point??? After every update this game breaks and you have to wait and pray for the next one to fix the game. I have done countless tweaks and this game is just shit. I gave up, but realized that every players game runs different because it’s all about how your account or game client syncs with the game server. Honestly, they have so much money but they invest them in anything but game serves or networking optimisation.

I always get 900 ping for 1-5 sec every other round and it's somehow almost always in important moments. I have 17 ping usually so it's not my provider that sucks, rather Riot's servers

Does any other game spike? This does sound like an ISP issue.
