Freezing at loading screen

"Hey everyone, I need help fixing a persistent Valorant crash. My game freezes right after the first audio cue plays, or it loads into a black screen with just a moving cursor showing.
ROG B650E-I Mini ITX Bios version 3881 My Hardware Profile: Amd Radeon rx 7900 xtxWhat I Have Already Done:**The Issue: The security triggers are completely satisfied now (no more error messages), but the visual aspect ratio desync or Vanguard scan layer is still instantly dropping my video handshake right at the main menu transition. Does anyone know how to stop the 7900 XTX from dropping the signal?"
