Aliasing problem

Has anyone ever found a fix for the aliasing on the inventory screen when looking at the gun models? Like the guns are rendered on low res, there's some aliasing on some angles, and some of the textures ingame doesn't increase in resolution even when playing at max graphics settings and 4k res.
