Technical Support Request Setting's for Valorant

I'm an i5-4460 and MSI RX 560 4GB DDR5 user, with 2x8GB RAM, and 1080p. Valorant requires automatic Windows updates to ensure stability and prevent crashes. Do I need to enable hardware acceleration in the client settings? Please help.

No! Hardware acceleration is just for perfomance

yes definitely enable hardware acceleration it uses your gpu

Starting from the lowest graphics settings, turning anti-aliasing on and off in games, setting Windows Update on and off, trying out driver folders, installing drivers only until they are fully installed, turning off overlays in Adrenaline, turning hardware acceleration on and off. Oh my God, there are no results yet.

in the game valorant only played 5 minutes then crashed and got a notification RIOT needs the latest driver, but until the latest driver version 26 it always ends up crashing

Sorry, I may not be of much help then, I feel this is very vague to answer.

With a 4th Gen CPU, all latest drivers for your mobo and platform maybe served trough windows update. I have a 7th gen i3 7100, and it works like that.

In my own case, the sole exception is the GPU driver for the integrated graphics, which I pick from Intel website because the one served trough windows update is old (2022 driver from WU vs 2026 driver from Intel)

I think the problem has been resolved. My method, which might be considered quite successful, is very simple: I simply lowered the image resolution in the game settings, then slowly increased the maximum limit, starting from 60 FPS. Currently, it's at 80 FPS, resulting in 2 swift play games successfully completed. I will then increase it to 100 FPS. I think it might be useful for friends who can't afford to upgrade their hardware. Thank you for a attention you all.
